Recently I introduced the storyboard as one of my print products. Storyboards are made up of 2-3 images from a session which are printed directly onto a black or white background before being mounted and lustre coated. The storyboard can then be placed directly in a frame without glass and does not require a multiple matte opening. The design possibilities are endless and can include words, borders and customized color backgrounds.
For each client I now design several storyboards as part of their proofing gallery. Much thought is given to the images arranged on the board with the emphasis on theme or story from the session. They are great displayed where wall space is limited and make a nice addition to childrens room decor. They are proving to be very popular with clients. Look out for more storyboard designs the near future!

We had to cut short one of this weekend’s sessions thanks to a huge thunderstorm! I’m looking forward to going back later this week to spend more time with these delightful girls and completing the session. In the meantime I promised their mother that I’d get a sneak peek up. Here’s one with the flowers before the showers…

You just can’t beat an outdoor photo session on a warm midsummer early evening. These two brothers’ sunny characters where a perfect match to the lovely weather. I had a great time taking photographs of the whole family!
