When ordering from the a la carte price list clients may wish to take
advantage of the following bonus items available at these price levels:
 

 Standard Level $750
 You may add an extra $85 of free prints with a purchase of $750 or more.
 

 Premium Level $1000
 You may add an extra $100 of free prints and one 11x14 print with a
  purchase of $1000 or more.
 

 Deluxe Level $1500
 You may add an extra $200 of free prints and one 11x14 print with a
  purchase of $1500 or more.
 

 Session Level $2000
 You may add an extra $200 of free prints and one 11x14 print with a
 purchase of $2000 or more.
 Also included exclusively at this level is a bonus session album
 ( 24 5 x4 prints in archival leather album ) and one digital image (7x5 at 300dpi).


 Digital Images - For any 16 x 20 print purchased the same photograph is
 available as a digital image for an additional $100 (sized at 7 x 5 300 dpi).

Payment by cash, check or credit card (Mastercard & Visa) at time of placing
print order.

The sitting fee is due on the day of your booking to be paid in full either by
cash or check, or by credit card at time of booking. A model release form will
also require your signature before any photos are taken to acknowledge my copyright of all photographs taken.

Proofs will be available to view within 2 weeks of your session. At that time
you will be able to view images presented in color and black and white in a
online viewing gallery. After you place your order you will receive your prints
in approximately 3 weeks. All prints and session fees will be subject to sales
tax and where applicable shipping and handling (min $15).
